What is Partial Status?
Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes for some reasons we are unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount. Example: You bought an order with quantity 10 000 and charges 10$, let's say we delivered 9 000 and the remaining 1 000 we couldn't deliver, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 1 000 (1$ in this example)
What is Drip Feed?
Drip Feed allows you to place the same order multiple times automatically. For example, to receive 1,000 likes on an Instagram post at intervals:
- Link: Your Post Link
- Quantity: 100
- Runs: 10
- Interval: 30 (minutes)
Note: Ensure the total quantity (Quantity × Runs) does not exceed the service's maximum limit. Also, the interval should not be less than the service's actual start time
How do I use Mass Order?
Format each line as:
Service ID | Link | Quantity
Example: To add 1,000 followers to three Instagram accounts using Service ID 187
Cancel button / Refill button is not working for me?
The cancel or refill button sends a trigger to cancel or refill an order; it doesn't work instantly. Sometimes it's too late to stop an order, and sometimes an order might not need a refill.

Drip-feed is a powerful tool that allows you to build the engagement slower, depending on your desired speed. For example, if you want 1000 likes on your post, you can portion this quantity to make it all look seamless: 100 likes/day for 10 days, as an option.

When can you activate my PayPal?
You can use PayPal manually by following the instructions on the Add Funds page. To have it automatically enabled, you need to have added at least $30 to your account, then send us a ticket with your username to enable it for you.
